- Open and fill in information on the order form as you browse the LBC Autoparts web site.
- Review the completed order form.
- Save the completed order form to a local disk drive.
- File attach the completed order form to an e-mail message addressed to customerservice@lbcautoparts.com.

Phone and place your order with one of our helpful staff members. US/Canada orders use phone number 888-3DORMAN or 800-382-1322 . Other callers use 717-567-7711.

Payment Options
LBC Autoparts Warehouse accepts Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress cards and Money Orders. Although we would like to accept any form of payment, unfortunately, to keep our prices low, we cannot accept payment by personal check or COD. Please note that state sales tax will be applied to orders in the state of Pennsylvania.
When using money orders, payment needs to be received by LBC AutopartsWarehouse with in 14 business days of order confirmation.
Special / Back Orders
Special Orders . Any item that is not customarily in stock at the LBC Autoparts Warehouse is considered a Special Order. If you do not see an item that you are looking for, please request the item via phone, FAX, or E-Mail. LBC Autoparts Warehouse will gladly notify you of the cost and guidelines for placing a Special Order. Unfortunately Special Orders cannot be canceled or returned.
Back Orders . In the event of a Back Order you will be notified via E-Mail before your order is placed. LBC Autoparts Warehouse customers then have the option to accept or cancel the Back Ordered item.
Shipping / Delivery Information
Delivery . LBC Autoparts primary method of shipping is UPS ground. We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice in order to provide our customers with the best possible service. If you have special requirements we will accommodate you in any way we can.
APO / FPO - Employees of the US Government living overseas with access to the APO and FPO mail systems will receive their shipments via US Post Office. Note that size and weight restrictions apply to your orders in accordance with USPS directives.
Shipping and Handling Policy . Shipping and handling charges are based on the actual weight of the entire order, including packaging.
Damages and Shortages . All merchandise comes factory inspected and sealed. If your merchandise is damaged or a shortage has occurred, LBC Autoparts must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
Warranty
Warranty. Any warranties on the products sold are those made by the manufacturer. LBC Autoparts gives no warranties;oral or written against manufacturer defects to the customer on the productswe sell. All warranties are made by the manufacturer and do not permit retailers or distributors to make replacements or exchanges without authorization from that manufacturer.
Warranty Returns
Call and explain the reason for the return.
Obtain a return authorization.
Return merchandise prepaid.
Receive an item or credit issued to your credit card (your option).
